A Hiking Elopement at the Steall Falls in Glen Nevis

J & B came from Boston to elope with us in the highlands. They love the mountains and hiking, and epic landscapes. So of course, the Steall Falls in the epic Glen Nevis came to mind. We wandered along the epic trail through the woods, until we finally peaked out into the gorgeous, heavenly meadow in front of the falls. After a touching ceremony with the waterfall as witness, we explored the meadows for a few more photos before our hike back down to earth.

Plus a few words from our lovely couple:

β€œWe can’t say enough wonderful things about MJ and Conor! The entire experience working with them was truly exceptional from start to finish.

From the moment we first met with them to begin planning, they were unbelievably thoughtful, kind, and supportive every step of the way. MJ was endlessly patient with our indecisiveness when it came to choosing a location; she suggested Steall Falls, which we were a bit on the fence about at first, but it turned out to be beyond magical and even more breathtaking than we could have imagined.

The vendors they recommended were equally amazing... truly the dream team. We miss our new Scotland-based friends! Spending time with MJ and Conor on our elopement day was such a blast. We felt completely at ease, knowing we were in the best hands, and no matter where the day took us, it was going to be something special.

And oh my man, THE CEREMONY. Conor crafted something so heartfelt and intentional ...perfectly personal to our story, beautifully balanced between emotion and humor, and it captured us so authentically. MJ’s photos? Absolutely stunning (no surprise there). We’ve probably looked through them about 100,000 times already!

Thank you both so, so much for making our day everything we dreamed of and more. We hope our paths cross again soon.”
