A Very Wet Elopement at a Lochside Castle Ruin
C&B travelled from Malta to get married in Scotland - a place that holds such special meaning to them both. Not just through family heritage, but through many trips of magical memories and adventures. Since it doesn’t rain much in Malta, they more than welcomed moody, autumnal rain. We celebrated with a touching ceremony on the banks of Loch Awe, watching the clouds roll around Kilchurn Castle across from us. Then we wandered up to Glencoe for a quaich and handfasting ceremony in front of the iconic Three Sisters - and of course, more rain.
