J&J joined us from Chicago for a romantic elopement through Edinburgh together with their parents. We all gathered at the top of a hill, beneath the old chapel ruins, for a touching ceremony. We then stole them away for an adventure through Old Town, admiring the stone architecture along the way. We finished the day at the picturesque Dean Village, before bringing them back to town for a delightful dinner.

MJ has such an eye for photography, it was fun watching her work her magic! We got TONS of compliments on our pics. And Conor's officiating beautifully verbalized our love story. The best mix of laughter and heartfelt tears! They helped work in photos of cherished items, like a bouquet pin of my passed dog and heirloom handkerchiefs—all things that made the day feel even more authentic and special to us.
We leaned on them for advice, like where to stay and what else to fill our trip with, that perfectly tied everything together. And as people, they rock! It was fun running around with them all day and exploring the city. What an unforgettable wedding day <3!!”
